A HAPPY & HEALTHY NEW YEAR FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY
CHERRY HILL, N.J. – Is weight loss part of your New Years Resolution? Let me help you keep your
promise to yourself. I know how difficult it is to keep that promise. Lack of
time, lack energy, that nagging feeling of hunger and cravings for something
you diet doesn
’t allow.
Understanding those reasons made me realize what I had to do for myself, and
that is why I wrote
“Amazing 7 Minute Meals”.
You can really prepare your food in 7 minutes or less. You cut up your
ingredients when you have time, and use them when you don
’t have time.
And if you are in the mood for some other healthy gourmet food recipes made with
...........
cheese, yes, cheese. Our next health conscious cookbook is “Say Cheese”.
As a true Dutch cheese head, we eat cheese almost every day, but we eat it in
much smaller amounts and our cheese choices are more hearty and often more
flavorful. Older cheeses have more intense flavors, and cheeses like cheeses
made with goat and sheep milk are a grea
t opportunity to excite your taste
butts.
The recipe for this month is full of ingredients, that benefits our health,
helps us lose weight and increase our metabolism:
Lean beef - A flat iron steak is a great examples of a lean beef loaded with
amino acid leucine. Eating lean beef also results in fewer hunger pangs.
Lettuce - High in vitamin C & E, folic acid, lycopene, carotenoids.
Pear - Pectin fiber decreases blood sugar levels.
Hot pepper - Capsaicin helps suppress appetite.
Nuts - Great sources of Omega-3 fatty acids.
Thyme - A great mood enhancher.
Honey - Natural sweetener.
The book “Amazing 7 Minute Meals” is available at your local bookstore
